At Tomas the Cook /Specklebellys pub, we're seeking a skilled Bar Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area. Your duties will include cleaning the bar area and washing glassware, serving food and snacks, and supervising food and beverage servers and other staff. You'll also be responsible for providing recommendations on drink selections, scheduling staff, and operating the cash register. Responsibilities:

* Clean bar area and wash glassware
* Serve food or snacks
* Clean draft beer system
* Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff
* Provide recommendations on drink selections
* Schedule staff
* Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages
* Operate cash register
* Store beverage and food products
* Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
* Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages

Requirements:

* No degree, certificate or diploma required
* Experience an asset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
