Key Responsibilities- Requisition and Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
