Ambulance Readiness Technician

At PHSA, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ambulance Readiness Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the readiness and safety of our ambulances and medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sanitize and process critical medical equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Restock supplies on ambulances and maintain stockroom and work areas to maximize resource availability.
  • Perform and document vehicle checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring that goods are delivered as per specifications.
  • Identify and report any issues with equipment or supplies to ensure quick turnaround and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Grade 10 or equivalent education and related experience.
  • Valid Class 5 vehicle license.
  • Previous experience with cleaning equipment, tools, and protocols, including deep cleaning and decontamination.
