Logistics Coordinator

Oxycoast Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and inventory management of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Hire and train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Ensure that all work areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Transportation: The role requires frequent travel and transportation of goods.
- Warehouse: The role involves working in a warehouse environment, with regular exposure to inventory and supplies.
- Accurate: The ability to accurately track and manage inventory levels.
- Client Focus: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
