Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive IT strategy and infrastructure across all business locations.
  • Manage IT-related projects and installations.
  • Ensure the availability and functionality of all IT systems for users, promptly addressing any system failures.
  • Coordinate with third-party network administrators for system maintenance and backups.
  • Advise senior management on network security and other critical IT matters.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of IT projects.
  • Maintain clear documentation of IT assets and procedures.
  • Assist in workstation setups and resource allocation.
  • Prioritize and manage IT assistance requests.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end database backups.
  • Design customized reports generated by computer systems.
  • Facilitate IT orientation for new users.
  • Establish standardized procedures and train team members accordingly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an office environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
  • Project management experience or education is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Crystal Reports.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Exchange Server, and Citrix is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely solutions for technical issues.
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse internal and external teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and continuously enhancing IT knowledge.
