- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts to drive revenue growth
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure seamless execution
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality
- Provide customer service to ensure exceptional customer experience
- 5-10 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of sales management
- Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Time management and organizational skills
- Permanent position
- 30 hours per week
