Laundry Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Supervisor to join our team at D&H Laundry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry facilities and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Assist clients with special needs and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demands.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
- Client focus and flexibility.
