About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team at Teck, a leading mining company. As a Systems Analyst, you will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop data pipelines and data models supporting various business intelligence and analytics tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and data models to support business intelligence and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Design and implement data warehouses and data marts.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data security and integrity.
  • Participate in the development of data governance policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and preparation.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or SQL Data Warehouse.
  • Understanding of SQL scripting, Python, and R.
  • Experience in database development and data modeling.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power Bi, QlikView, QlikSense, SSRS, SSIS, and Excel.
