Job Title: Sr. Business Transformation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Transformation Architect to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in streamlining and enhancing the delivery of Enterprise-wide processes and services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and developing business success critical success factors, architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training. You will also participate in change impact analysis and change management activities, assess priorities, relative costs, risk areas, opportunities, and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and development of business success critical success factors
  • Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training
  • Participation in change impact analysis and change management activities
  • Assessment of priorities, relative costs, risk areas, opportunities, and targets
  • Organizational realignment (job re-design, organizational re-structuring)
  • Analysis of results and documentation of the fit/gap with the existing support model
  • Assessment of the ITSM Operations environment and Service Desk Online operations
  • Identification of improvements supportive of improved business and service models
  • Assessment of the current ITSM program organizational structure
  • Preparation of a Roadmap and Strategy document, including risk mitigations
  • Presentation of the target Client Service Operations environment to Senior Management
