About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at K C Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap food items according to restaurant standards.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars according to restaurant standards.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.

  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
