Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. This role is vital in ensuring our residents and guests enjoy a delightful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals that cater to the dietary requirements of residents and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food production equipment and preparation areas.
- Adhere to all food safety standards and health regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Clean and store dishes, utensils, and equipment used in food preparation and service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the culinary team.
Required Qualifications:
- Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
- Current Safe Food Handler's Certification is required.
- Ability to read, communicate effectively, and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time constraints.
- High standards of hygiene and cleanliness are essential.
- Experience operating relevant kitchen equipment is necessary.
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds is considered beneficial.
