- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the resources needed to meet our business needs.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are clean and well-maintained at all times.
This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to work under pressure to meet the demands of our business. You will also need to be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a kitchen environment would be an advantage.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
