  • Collaborating with Product Support Groups and the Engineering team to develop and maintain training materials
  • Providing sales, service, and parts training for North America and export dealers
  • Setting up training dates, locations, and equipment
  • Maintaining the training center, tools, and equipment required for training
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certified or equivalent experience in Adult Learning/Education
  • Extensive knowledge of agricultural tractors and the agriculture industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely and clearly communicate complex and demanding subject matter
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong team work and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in researching, writing, and project management
  • Ability to develop strong client/inter-agency relationships
  • High level of drive and initiative
  • Accustomed to ISO certification
  • Extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Training experience required, 2 years minimum
