We are seeking casual employees to join our team as Inclusion Support Employees for the School District #20 (Kootenay-Columbia). This role involves working as an Education Assistant, Child Care Worker, or Child and Youth Care Worker, providing support to students in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with special needs in educational settings
  • Provide support to students in classrooms, playgrounds, and other areas
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

Requirements:

  • Completion of an Education Assistant or Social Service Worker certificate program or a Child and Youth Care diploma program
