Position Overview

As a Bookkeeper at Arcadium, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Equivalent experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements
  • Post journal entries accurately
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed
  • Prepare and file tax returns
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting
