Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting a full range of diagnostic imaging studies
  • Providing consultation to referring physicians

Work Environment:

  • St. Boniface, Grace, Concordia, and Misericordia hospitals
  • An outpatient sports medicine facility

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Eligibility for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
  • Post-residency fellowship training and/or research experience
  • Clinical expertise with radiograph interpretation, body CT imaging, general ultrasound, and fluoroscopy
  • Competency in basic body interventional procedures (imaging guided biopsies and drainages)

Compensation:

  • Fee-for-service income (salary range $500,000-750,000/annual)
  • Recruitment incentive
