Food Service Team Lead

Join Tim Hortons Store 9291 as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
