About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals through our secured and unsecured loan products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Financial Product Expertise: Educate customers on our financial products and services, including secured and unsecured loans, and help them make informed decisions.
  • Credit Building and Management: Work with customers to build their credit through monthly payments and provide guidance on credit management.
  • Financial Cross-Sales and Add-On Products: Identify opportunities to sell additional financial products and services to customers, such as insurance and other financial products.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and services to customers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment: Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments to ensure the customer's ability to repay the loan.
  • Collection and Account Management: Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts and work with customers to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in French and English: Be fluently bilingual in both French and English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Compassion and Integrity: Demonstrate compassion and integrity in all interactions with customers, and operate with a high level of professionalism.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Have some experience in a customer-facing environment, such as sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Background Checks: Be able to pass background checks, including criminal, employment, and credit checks.
