IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team at Fed IT. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of eight and ensuring that all programs and activities meet the needs of the organization.

• Coach and lead a team of eight to ensure that all programs and activities meet the needs of the organization.
• Maximize the use of operational technologies to support teaching and production activities.
• Manage all IT resources, including applications, infrastructure, and IT staff.
• Ensure the timely execution of the organization's major IT projects.
• Oversee the operation of computerized systems and the maintenance of IT assets.
• Manage service agreements, office automation, networking, telecommunications, and information technologies.
• Act as technical advisor to General Management and managers to optimize the use of IT resources.
• Actively participate in information security management by identifying and implementing best practices.
• Develop and deploy action plans to meet IT security regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the consolidation of data processing centers and the deployment of solutions involving artificial intelligence.
• Support the organization's digital transformation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• 6 years' experience in a management or executive role.
• Good knowledge of applications (corporate applications, software development) and infrastructure (hardware, software, network, servers, telephony, IT security).
• Solid experience in team management (daily activity, performance, skills development).
• Knowledge of budgetary and financial management.
