IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Fed IT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our IT team and ensuring the successful delivery of our IT projects.

• Team Leadership: Coach and lead a team of eight to ensure that all programs and activities meet the needs of the organization.
• IT Strategy: Maximize the use of operational technologies to support teaching and production activities.
• Resource Management: Manage all IT resources, including applications, infrastructure and IT staff.
• Project Management: Ensure the timely execution of the organization's major IT projects.
• System Administration: Oversee the operation of computerized systems and the maintenance of IT assets.
• Service Management: Manage service agreements, office automation, networking, telecommunications and information technologies.
• Technical Advisory: Act as technical advisor to General Management and managers to optimize the use of IT resources.
• Security Management: Actively participate in information security management by identifying and implementing best practices.
• Regulatory Compliance: Develop and deploy action plans to meet IT security regulatory requirements.
• Transformation: Contribute to the consolidation of data processing centers and the deployment of solutions involving artificial intelligence.
• Business Acumen: Support the organization's digital transformation.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science and 6 years' experience in a management or executive role.
• Skills: Good knowledge of applications (corporate applications, software development) and infrastructure (hardware, software, network, servers, telephony, IT security). Solid experience in team management (daily activity, performance, skills development). Knowledge of budgetary and financial management.
