The Service Advisor is a key member of our team at Midas, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving retail sales and profitability in our shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present estimates to customers, sourcing parts and selling jobs to drive revenue growth.
  • Interpret inspection results with our technicians and present findings to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listening and consulting with customers to meet their needs.
  • Contribute to the success of our team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Maximize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and contribute to our company's commitment to being a good corporate citizen in our communities.

Requirements:

  • General automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
  • 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively present estimates and negotiate with customers.
  • Team-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our technicians and other team members.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
