Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. As a key member of our PayByPhone line of business, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable production software that meets the needs of our global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust and extensible 24/7 back-end services
  • Work with the Software Development team to architect our infrastructure and improve technical documentation
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and verify PCI compliance
  • Use and improve our automated CI/CD pipeline
  • Mentor fellow team members and help grow new technical leaders
  • Participate in technical decision-making within the team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • ~8+ years' experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable production software
  • Expert-level ability to code in C#
  • Excellent understanding of software engineering techniques
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience with production monitoring and observability
  • Experience with React and Front End Development
