About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Development Manager to join our Protium Software Development Team at Cadence Design Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our Protium FPGA-Based Prototyping product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new algorithms and optimizations for Quality of Results (QoR) and performance
  • Enhance Static Timing Analysis in the Protium Compiler to improve design efficiency
  • Implement new algorithms in C++ to support Multi-cycle constraints and enhance platform capabilities
  • Develop and maintain EDA automation flows for the platform to streamline design processes
  • Write and review Design Specifications and Unit Tests to ensure high-quality code
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven expertise in FPGA or ASIC prototyping/synthesis/verification with a strong background in C/C++ programming
  • Excellent knowledge of ML/AI algorithms and deployment, with a strong understanding of software development principles
