- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. The role requires flexibility, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
