Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of employees' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help employees recover from injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to employee health and wellness.
- Provide education and training to employees on workplace safety and injury prevention.
- Conduct workplace assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement return-to-work plans to help employees safely return to work.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee assessments and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Experience working with employees in an industrial setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
