OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • A DEC in computer science or in the process of obtaining the degree.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and French) to cater to clients across all provinces.
  • Experience with technical support software (ticketing systems).
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange 365 and Azure Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 Pro.
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems.
  • Knowledge of VMWare virtualization is advantageous.
