We are seeking an Electrical Construction Project Leader to enhance our dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Setting and accomplishing project objectives and timelines for electrical construction initiatives
  • Championing Health and Safety standards
  • Overseeing project advancement, expenditures, and schedules
  • Recognizing and resolving potential challenges or delays
  • Directing quality assurance, commissioning, and project handover processes
  • Formulating cost-effective strategies and value engineering solutions
  • Evaluating critical path tasks and providing guidance to the project team
  • Facilitating pre-project planning and subcontractor selection
  • Leading the project team and ensuring adherence to project specifications
  • Fostering relationships with clients, general contractors, and engineers

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within electrical construction
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects valued over $4M
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous
