About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at MJ.K. Construction Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure profitability
  • Team Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and vendors
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential and commercial projects
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
