Your Role

As a Project Coordinator located in Belleville/Kingston, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned projects, providing necessary guidance and support. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks to assist the Project Management team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer orders through the Direct Project Management System.
  • Process purchase order entries and track all project-related orders.
  • Expedite orders and follow up on them, ensuring final billings align with customer purchase orders.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors, sales teams, management, and customers.
  • Prepare shop drawings for approval and record-keeping.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, enhancing brand visibility while supporting sales initiatives and improving customer experiences, ensuring our corporate image is consistently represented.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers, effectively resolving any issues that arise.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while adhering to time constraints.
