Job Title: Business Analyst Lead

TD Securities is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Lead to join our team. As a Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Develop and maintain business cases and proposals to support business initiatives
  • Provide business analysis and technical expertise to support business decisions
  • Lead and manage business analysis projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Proven track record of analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
