Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bic Hayer Rental Properties Corp. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills.
