Cashier Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cashier to join our team at TANDOORI HAVELI WOK N ROLL INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, operating a point of sale system, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling: Manage cash, process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments, and accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment.
- Customer Service: Authorize payments by cheque, resolve issues that may arise, and provide assistance to customers.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 37 hours per week.
