Hornby Island Medical Clinic is seeking a part-time Family Physician to join our team. As a Family Physician, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and balanced lifestyle setting.

- Eligibility for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA)
What We Offer:
- 0.5 FTE minimum, opportunity up to 0.7 FTE
- Call negotiable
- Part of a supportive team with 2 clerks and 1 RNc
- Access to on-site Mental Health, Social Work, Dietician, and Pharmacy support
Additional Remuneration:
- Recruitment Incentive - up to $20,000 (amount prorated based on FTE)
- Fee Premium %
- Annual Flat Fee - $24,072
- Rural CME starting at $1,000 for up to 2 years, $3,000/annum in year 3&4 in community, increasing to a maximum of $/annum after 4 years
