The clinic is an Island Health Owned and Operated Clinic featuring:
- 1 of 2 part-time providers
- 2 clerks and 1 RN on the team
- Part of the Primary Care Network, enhancing team-based care at this clinic site – Mental Health, Social Work, Dietician, Pharmacy support on-site
- 1 week on, 1 week off schedule, with call only falling on 'week on' days, compensated in addition to service contract
- 0.5 FTE minimum, opportunity up to 0.7 FTE
- Call negotiable
Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:
- Recruitment Incentive - up to $20,000 (amount prorated based on FTE)
- Fee Premium - 15.86%
- Annual Flat Fee - $24,872
- Rural CME starting at $1,000 for up to 2 years, $3,000/annum in year 3&4 in community, increasing to a maximum of $/annum after 4 years.
