The Bell Person is a key member of our Front Desk Team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide luggage service with a smile, ensuring guests feel welcome and supported throughout their stay.
  • Store luggage securely and efficiently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Deliver morning newspapers and room service orders, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Assist valet attendants with parking guest vehicles, showcasing a team-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Desk Team members to ensure seamless guest interactions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel group bookings and scheduled events, staying informed and up-to-date.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Front Desk, lobby, and driveway area, upholding high standards of hospitality.
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience, providing recommendations and assistance as needed.
  • Arrange transportation for guests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
  • Stay informed of day's events by reading the logbook, staying connected to the team.
  • Deliver VIP amenities and provide exceptional service to valued guests, exceeding their expectations.
  • Offer recommendations to guests on local sights and attractions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary School
  • Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality
  • Clean driver's abstract indicating a safe driving record (Class 5 License)
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Familiarity with local area
  • Demonstrates superior customer service philosophy
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplifies Coast's core values and enjoys working in a culture of accountability
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
