CSN Collision is dedicated to safely restoring over 200,000 vehicles annually, ensuring that Canadians can confidently return to the road with their vehicles in pristine condition.

The Regional Operations Supervisor – Eastern Ontario & Quebec serves as the main liaison for CSN Licensees within the assigned territory.

This role is pivotal in assisting licensees to enhance their performance by collaborating with various departments within CSN to optimize business operations through the CSN System, which encompasses:

  • Local and digital marketing resources
  • Operational support mechanisms

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Operations Supervisor

  • Drive overall business growth and operational efficiency
  • Ensure performance on insurance initiatives
  • Maximize the use of vendors, marketing strategies, software, training, and other elements of the CSN System
  • Address outstanding and emerging issues, including non-urgent matters
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person regional meetings, occurring up to three times annually, and support the CSN annual conference
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team Lead to devise strategies that empower licensees to fully leverage the CSN System
  • Resolve store-related concerns and urgent issues arising from CSN corporate teams, providing clear and timely guidance
  • Escalate complex case management challenges to the Operations Team Lead as needed and assist with case management and file audits
  • Develop and support training initiatives for licensees
  • Create content and record micro-training sessions
  • Monitor KPI performance

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency (French/English) is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the collision repair sector
  • Post-secondary education or Trade School background in business or a related field within the collision repair industry is advantageous
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory

Travel is a requirement for engaging with stores, participating in industry events, attending training sessions, and meeting with corporate personnel.

In-person interactions with CSN Licensees are anticipated to constitute 40%-50% of the role, with approximately 20-30 days per year necessitating overnight stays.

The successful candidate will operate from a home office and must have access to a personal vehicle, for which a vehicle allowance will be provided to cover usage, maintenance, and insurance.

This position operates in a dynamic and intricate environment, characterized by urgent deadlines, multiple competing priorities, and the management of various stakeholders.
