Your Future Role

  • Understand business needs of internal clients
  • Collaborate with technical, development, and client teams
  • Guide the process of defining, implementing, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA) performance
  • Support project office in all phases of service improvement related to products or applications, or during project transitions
  • Analyze and review existing solutions
  • Develop strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure technological applications and products meet business needs, objectives, and stakeholders' requirements
  • Communicate, train, and support end-users

Required Skills

  • University degree in computer science, automation, project management, business administration, or relevant field
  • Experience in digital product management
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • Minimum three to five years of experience
  • Experience with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) - an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with various stakeholders
  • Fluency in English for communication with clients and suppliers outside Quebec
