  • Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the character team to realize the artistic direction and conceptualize compelling characters that embody the BioShock universe.
  • Technical Proficiency: Create high-quality character art assets that meet technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration within the game engine.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to maintaining the studio's high standards of quality by collaborating on content creation and providing constructive feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, Digital Art, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in game development, specializing in character art.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software such as Maya, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, artistic principles, and stylized character design.
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine is highly desirable.
