Job Title: System Integrity Engineer Co-Op

FortisBC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op student to join our team as a System Integrity Engineer. As a Co-op student, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and managers, gaining valuable insights into the workings of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in geotechnical-related and pipeline in-line inspection (ILI) data analysis tasks, including site visits, inspection report review, and data management.
  • Validate ILI-related data, perform data analyses, and develop data analysis procedures.
  • Provide support for other pipeline integrity management activities and assessments, as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering Student (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Geological) - Third or Fourth year preferred.
  • Enrolled in a Co-op program.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience or knowledge with Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), statistical analysis, and/or data management tools would be an asset.
