We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Finest Digital Consulting Inc. as a permanent full-time employee.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Respond to electronic enquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Office Administration
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Language
- English.
- Hours of Work
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
