Job Summary

Canadian Helicopters Limited is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Fort St John, BC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform routine and complex aircraft maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all maintenance work meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize aircraft availability.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME license with ACA on ASB2 and/or ASN.
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
