Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 1109973 BC Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our retail store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly evaluate store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize: Plan and organize daily store operations, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and implementing marketing strategies.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage the store's budget, including monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements, including hiring and training new employees.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls and managing employee benefits.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, including reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
