Financial Services Coordinator

The Opportunity:
IG Wealth Management is seeking a skilled Coordinator to support the External Transfer In group. This role will provide administrative and servicing support for multiple lines of business, including Mortgages, Insurance, and IGFS.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional service to external and internal customers by performing account management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French.
- Create seamless experiences for clients by providing support to internal departments and external clients for all client requests received.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal business partners to continuously enhance business processes.
Requirements:
- Financial industry experience: 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Relationship management: Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with teams, peers, and business partners across the company.
- Results-oriented mindset: Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to problem solve and make decisions considering regulatory environments.
- Communication: Bilingual in English & French, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Planning and Organization: Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime work during the weekday and weekends.
