As a Sales Associate at COBS Bread, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a small team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and build relationships with regular customers.
  • Managing product merchandising and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Assisting your team in maintaining a clean bakery environment and supporting production tasks as needed. (Yes, you will learn to bake items like scones, danishes, and more)

Qualifications

  • Experience with cash handling and transaction processing is preferred.
  • Relevant retail experience is a significant advantage.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts.
  • Frequent use of both hands and strong gripping motions.
  • Regular operation of the point-of-sale system.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 7.5 kg, with bending and reaching required.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 22 kg, along with pushing, pulling, crouching, and reaching above shoulder level.
