As the Fitness Centre Manager at ChangLife Fitness and Martial Arts INC., you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our fitness and martial arts programs. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution to enhance our services and ensure a high-quality experience for our members.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative programs and services that meet the needs of our community.
  • Offer expert guidance and support to staff and clients.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to facilitate program success.
  • Recruit and train skilled coaches and athletes.
  • Coordinate and manage local and national training initiatives.
  • Oversee daily operations of the fitness center.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
Team Leadership

You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Certifications and Qualifications
  • Certification as a Martial Arts Instructor
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
Experience Requirements

Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in fitness management or a related field.
