About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Farm Labourer to join our team at KF Kambeitz Farms Inc. in a rural area. As a Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as fertilize and spray crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including fertilizer applicators, harvesters, combine harvesters, loaders, and forklifts.
  • Animal Care: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Physical Labour: Perform physically demanding tasks, such as working in dusty and noisy conditions, and working in all weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the farm.
