Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, including apprentices and volunteers, to foster a productive work environment.
  • Task Delegation: Assign specific duties to sales associates to optimize workflow and enhance service delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Manage merchandise orders and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Returns Authorization: Oversee the process of merchandise returns to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
  • Sales Activities: Actively engage in selling merchandise and promoting store initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain a well-organized inventory system to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.

  • Work Hours: Availability to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
