We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Columbia View Lodge in Trail, B.C. As an LPN, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support our person-centered philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients/clients
- Administer medications and provide wound care
- Lead and support our care staff in providing exceptional patient care
- Work closely with RNs to admit and discharge clients
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Current CPR certification required
