About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Pilot to lead our flight operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of pilots, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including pilots, management, and regulatory bodies.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate pilot performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as aviation or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience as a pilot-in-command in a 705 operation, with a strong background in leadership and management.
  • Skills: Proven ability to maintain document control, strong operational knowledge, and superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: ATPL License with previous 705 airline experience.
