We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Homejoy Development LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, tilesetters, glaziers, painters and decorators, floor covering installers, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility, including bricklayers, tilesetters, glaziers, painters and decorators, floor covering installers, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and that all necessary documentation is completed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and instruct individuals and teams.
Work Environment:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work on construction sites, which may involve working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
